Seville Boston Harbor Completed: Featured in Bldup Article
The ICON designed Seville Boston Harbor has officially been completed. Totaling around 100,000 SF of residential and retail space, this is the first luxury condominium to be built along the new East Boston waterfront. The 7-story building includes 66 condominium residences, most of which were designed to provide stunning skyline and water views to its residents. The Seville’s rooftop deck provides breathtaking 360 degree views of the Boston skyline, which in addition, includes views of the Bunker Hill Monument, the Zakim Bridge, Logan Airport and more. Majority of the condominium units have already been sold, and the building’s 2-level bottom on Meridian Street and Border Street will soon be outfitted with retail space for the area to enjoy.
