The 34-unit midrise incorporates a super-insulated building envelope, 96% efficient mechanical systems, heat recovery ventilation, and energy producing photovoltaic and solar thermal rooftop systems. Separate six-family townhouses are built with SIPS (structural insulated panel system) to achieve an R-30 envelope with individual unit energy recovery.
