Programming and Concept Design for an Executive Education Center addition and administrative building renovations to the Harrington Building at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy. The Academy president has three project objectives: to create a campus gateway building as seen from Cape Cod Canal; to provide a large, flexible space for executive training, divisible into classrooms; to reprogram the three office and administrative floors of Harrington Hall to accommodate additional faculty offices and support spaces, as well as reconfiguring the administrative suites to be more welcoming.
