ICON’s North Point Lofts was mentioned in the Boston Globe on Thursday, April 30, in an article discussing the development of micro-lofts. ICON transformed the former industrial building to create 103 microlofts in Cambridge. These studio apartments range in size from 330 to nearly 700 square feet, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary loft interiors.
