MSBA Green & Accelerated Repairs MASSACHUSETTS
“Optimizing assets” is a natural extension of our preservation and adaptive reuse practices – the most basic approach with the broadest impact. We offer expertise in energy upgrades, envelope repairs and window replacements. Projects include:
- Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) Green & Accelerated Repair Programs: Mechanical systems upgrades, high-performance window replacements, and roof and insulation repairs are giving new life to 14 schools across the Commonwealth.
- Massachusetts State Energy Upgrade Projects: Projects ranging in size and complexity from the State Transportation Building UPS Room replacement, to building systems upgrades for the Springfield State Office Building, to complete systems and accessibility upgrades and phased tenant fit-out for numerous other state buildings.
