ICON and Synergy’s proposed $60M Morrissey Boulevard housing development was presented to area residents at Monday’s Boston Redevelopment Authority sponsored meeting. The development, including 278 units of housing in two five-story, 70-foot tall residential buildings, will be located on a vacant parcel next to the JFK/UMass MBTA station.
