Mayor Walsh Celebrates First Phase of ICON-Designed Orient Heights
Last week, Mayor Marty Walsh was at the ICON-designed Orient Heights redevelopment to celebrate the completion of Phase One. The first phase of this project includes the creation of 120 units of new affordable rental housing. Additionally, the city announced the commitment of $10M to help launch the upcoming Phase Two, for which ICON is also the architect. Once completed, the redevelopment of Orient Heights will have created a total of 331 new affordable units!
