ICON’s Modular Housing Project featured in The Boston Globe
ICON Architecture is the architect for The Graphic Lofts, Boston’s largest modular housing development. Located in the bustle of Charlestown’s Sullivan Square, The Graphic consists of 129 modular boxes, and will result in the creation of 171 new apartments. ICON is teamed with Berkeley Investments and Tocci Building Corporation to create this uniquely constructed luxury living space.
