ICON’s latest honors
In recognition of an outstanding contribution to historic preservation, the Massachusetts Historical Commission has awarded ICON and Trinity Financial’s Appleton Mills a 2013 Preservation Award. This multi-award-winning project includes 126 artist live/work lofts in a former dilapidated mill building in Lowell, MA.
Oak Grove Village in Malden/Melrose, MA has been selected as a finalist for Boston Business Journal’s Best of Boston Real Estate Awards in the Residential category. The transit-oriented development marries 550 apartments with a retail center and recreational clubhouse within walking distance of the Orange Line. Winners will be announced at an awards event on May 23rd in Boston.
