ICON is excited about our new project with the UMass Building Authority, UMass Lowell, and Hill International.
We have a feasibility study underway for infrastructure upgrades to the North Quad courtyard complex of existing buildings on the UMass Lowell North Campus. Once a renovation strategy is in place, the Study will be followed by new main entrance additions to address accessibility issues andother programmatic code deficiencies. These additions will enable the phased renovation of the North Quad complex.
