ICON Architecture Wins “Best Mixed-Use Community Development” and “Best Net-Zero/Passive House”
We are pleased to announce that ICON Architecture has been awarded “Best Mixed-Use Community Development”and “Best Net-Zero/Passive House”by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston! The 2017 PRISM Awards took place on October 12, 2017, and recognized a variety of projects and individuals from the Greater Boston region.
The Best Mixed-Use Community Development was awarded to One Canal, ICON’s luxury high-rise complex located at the tip of Boston’s Greenway. The Best Net-Zero/Passive House was awarded to ICON’s Distillery North. Located in South Boston, The Distillery North is the largest mixed-use Passive House in New England, and the first of its kind in Massachusetts.
