Brockton Enterprise Center Opens
ICON recently celebrated the opening of the Enterprise Center in downtown Brockton. Articles in the Boston Globe and Biznow describe the economic impact of the development and the architectural transformation of the Enterprise Building. The mixed use development, within a walk of transit, includes first phase new construction of 113- apartments and the 55,000SF adaptive reuse of the historic Enterprise Newspaper headquarters and the Brockton Taunton Gas Company building for new commercial and office use.
