ICON’s Overlook Terrace Phase One redevelopment has been selected as a City of Boston Resilient Building Case Study. Certified as LEED Platinum, and boasting a 43 HERS rating, buildings highlight UPVC triple-glazed windows (U 0.15), R-29 exterior walls, south-facing PV-ready roofs, and highly-efficient, all-electric VRF/ERV systems to assure healthy living and reduce carbon emissions.
