The Point at Merrimack brings a vibrant residential community to a retail corridor, while preserving surrounding wetlands. The linear design with four wings maximizes the long, narrow site with 156 units. Horizontal façade material changes express a strong base and top, with balconies adding a regular rhythm. Leasing, club and fitness enliven the ground floor. Landscaped parking wraps the building, with individual garages tucked under.
Three distinct courtyards are tailored to residents: the north courtyard focuses on gaming and exercise with outdoor grilles and a fire pit, pergola seating, and a sparkling pool; a middle gathering area opens to the club; and, the south garden offers a quiet, contemplative space to relax.
