Faculty Duplex ST. PAUL'S SCHOOL
Located in a meadow at the edge of the scenic Saint Paul’s School campus, these spacious new faculty homes build on the Colonial Revival vernacular while providing cutting edge comfort and performance. The previously developed prototypical house and program are thoughtfully re-assembled to optimize massing and meet contemporary energy conservation standards. Careful building siting, daylight control and high performance envelope design will produce a more comfortable and healthier interior climate, while minimizing long-term energy and maintenance costs. On a campus where faculty live and work full-time, particular attention is paid to unit separation, both for sound attenuation and creating a sense of privacy.
