Groundbreaking at Beach House in Revere
On Friday, June 3, 2016, members of the ICON Architecture team traveled to Revere, MA for the groundbreaking of the Beach House at Revere Beach. ICON’s Nancy Ludwig, Michelle Waldon and Matt Marotta were joined by members from Duffy Design Group, Wozny Barbar & Associates, and Plumb House for the ceremonial start of construction. This apartment complex includes 234 residential units, a courtyard and pool area, and a below-ground parking garage. The total site adds up to 279,000 GSF and provides beautiful beach and ocean views. ICON is very excited to see the construction progress of the complex, and we will be sure to keep you updated along the way!
