The Distillery Gains More Spotlight, Highlighted by CREW
The Distillery and its innovative Passive House Certification is in the spotlight once again. This time it’s being highlighted by CREW, which is the association for women in the commercial real estate industry. For those who haven’t heard yet, The Distillery is an ICON-designed, 28-unit apartment and retail building in South Boston. The new complex is gaining tremendous spotlight for being the first multifamily Passive House building in Massachusetts.
