ICON’s 112 Rantoul Street Breaks Ground in Beverly
Last week, Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker and Beverly Mayor Michael Cahill helped break ground at one of ICON’s latest transit-oriented developments at 112 Rantoul Street. The 67 unit development sits adjacent to the Beverly Depot Commuter rail station, which was formerly a vacant site. 112 Rantoul Street will not only provide mixed-income rental housing to the Beverly community, but will also be the future site of commercial space for the downtown area. Totaling around 66,000 SF and rising six-stories, the building will have a private roof deck with harbor views for residents to enjoy once completed.
