- The conversion of this 150-year-old mill village into 116 units of affordable family housing included both the restoration of rundown worker-housing and the new construction of SRO units and community meeting space. The project also included restoration of the historic neighborhood fabric through upgraded landscaping, a new community center and park, and improved pedestrian links over the river to the Town's new library.
