- The Jialing City Plan transforms a 3.5 kilometer stretch of river and hillside setting at the north edge of Shaping Ba District in Chonging, China, into a desirable place to live and work. The proposal includes a new bridge creating a dramatic city gateway at the entry to the heart of Chongqing, while a new promenade along the Jialing River will support recreational and commercial activities. Greenways that connect Jialing City to Chongqing University and to new city neighborhoods at the top of the escarpment will further transform the river and hillside landscape.
