- The transformation of this six-story light well into 3,500 SF of new college space, added desperately needed program area to this downtown Emerson College campus. The upper three floors now house a series of fully wired group study and meeting rooms, serving the adjacent library. The third level displays the original set of the TV series Will and Grace, donated by Emerson alum Max Mutchnick - the show's co-creator.
