The Boston Globe reported Boston's receipt of one of five HOPE VI grants awarded in 2008, which the city will use to redevelop Roslindale's troubled Washington-Beech housing project. ICON's designs for this development include townhouses spread over four blocks to accommodate a total of 336 units in three to four-story townhouse buildings.
