Hamilton Plan Lighting Up Westinghouse Plaza

After acquiring Westinghouse complex in 2000 and spending several years searching for a light industrial tenant, The Hamilton Co. shifted gears and worked with the BRA to transform the complex into the Artist Lofts of Westinghouse. The new project, which preserves as much of the structural beam work, flooring and original masonry as possible, will provide live/work units, lofts and studio space to artists in the Readville section of Hyde Park. Nine of those units will be affordable.
