- Plans for Lowell Waterfront get Green Light from City
- The Boston Business Journal, by Thomas Grillo
- The Boston Business Journal featured the much-anticipated announcement of the City of Lowell. Following months of deliberation, the Lowell City Council selected Trinity Financial with ICON architecture, to turn an underused, 15-acre waterfront site into a neighborhood with apartments, condos, shops, offices, a pedestrian link from the MBTA to the downtown, and a $100 million courthouse near the city's commuter rail station. The $500 million transit-oriented project will likely remake downtown Lowell.
