As Director of ICON's Planning Practice, Steve combines seasoned design expertise with a deep understanding of zoning and regulatory techniques. He is equally adept at envisioning an infill mix of uses in an urban setting, as well as at planning for the rebuilding of mixed-income residential neighborhoods.

His work exemplifies the best of public and private partnerships. A graduate of U Penn with an M.Arch from Yale, Steve received his Masters of City Planning in Urban Design from Harvard and studied in Rome on a Fulbright Fellowship.
